Are you considering buying or selling? Let me help. I’ve been in the business for over 13 years… long enough to have the experience you need while still being relevant in today’s highly digital market!
My motto has always been “Putting the clients best interests first” which means that I want only the best for you and will help you navigate through all the housing options, and all the terms and conditions in an offer. I will never push you into buying or selling but rather provide you with the information you need to make an educated decision. Honesty, integrity, tough negotiation skills are all tied up in a Heather package of approachability.
I am licensed to sell anything, but focus almost exclusively on family homes — from detached single family to acreages to condos and more. I LOVE looking at homes with clients. I think it’s the most fun part of my job!! I look forward to doing that with you!
My volunteer experience as the President of the Board for a condo corporation here in Edmonton has really elevated my ability to ensure your best interests are met when buying a condo. Condos are complex. I’m very happy to sit down and talk about what condo ownership really means for you and what to look for.
When listing properties for sale, I have a terrific marketing plan that I customize to work for your property. Generally speaking all my listings receive professional quality photos, a personal marketing website, and more but additional features may be utilized including professional measurement, video tours, and so forth depending on the property. If you are thinking of selling, we should meet for a coffee and chat about how I can exceed your expectations!
A little about me personally: I was born in small town Alberta and raised here in Edmonton from the age of 6 on. I have 4 amazing kids who are all adults or near adults now and a husband who assists me in marketing and photography. In my past life I started off going to the U of A to be a special education teacher… until I did my first practicum. I LOVED teaching the kids, and I LOVED the kids. But I found that I was too emotionally invested and decided that perhaps teaching wasn’t for me. I have the greatest respect for those who do teach our children because of it. Then I moved into sales. I was part of the early high speed Internet sales force demonstrating and selling the new technology of cable Internet. Then I worked for Telus for a few years until we bought a home ourselves. We struggled to get a REALTOR® and I thought, gee. I could do better. And here I am — always striving to do better.
So now you know a little more about me. I am looking forward to working hard for you and helping you buy and/or sell.
