Tyler Suchan started his Real Estate career in 2013. He started off with 2% Realty and blossomed his career from there. Within 2 years Tyler was able to quickly grow his business and was amongst the top producers at 2% Realty two years in a row. Transitioning to RE/MAX in 2017, and having experience with a discount Realty model, he has a unique perspective on the psychology of the market both internally and externally for buyers, sellers.

Most of Tyler’s clientele comes from word of mouth. He is not big into personal advertising and thinks that quality of service is the most essential asset in all transactions. Tyler genuinely wants to help his clients buy or sell that perfect home and wants them to be satisfied and most of all happy with their decision. He takes it personally and hates failing. Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful for most people, but in those stressful moments Tyler is patient, loyal, understanding and willing to go the extra mile for all of his clients whether they are buying a mobile home or a mansion.
Along with all the effort and time that Tyler puts into his work, he still makes a lot of time for his family as well. When he’s not working, he’s usually spending quality time with his wife and daughter. Together they love to venture out to new restaurants and find new places to hike and walk in a city that they love and call home, Edmonton.
